Travel from the past to the present at Deere & Company World Headquarters. Interact with John Deere equipment right on our display floor. Get in the cab of some of our biggest machines and learn about the history of Deere in a distinctive, award-winning building.
Get behind the wheel of legendary John Deere machines and experience some of the world’s most innovative agriculture, construction, and forestry equipment.
“Reflections of an Era,” a three dimensional mural made up of artifacts and documents from John Deere’s history, will be under restoration and unable to be seen until spring 2020.
Discover a unique and awe-inspiring building that truly reflects the character of our company. Architect Eero Saarinen, the mastermind behind the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, designed our award-winning headquarters in the early-1960s.
Visit our World Headquarters to view equipment on display and a three-dimensional timeline mural featuring authentic John Deere memorabilia. Admission is free.

From April through mid-December, the river is open to commercial navigation, and you can watch as boats pass through Lock & Dam 15.

Located in a former hotel that hosted thousands of immigrants in the 1860s, this interactive museum details German immigrants’ journeys by sea, train, and foot to Iowa.

A Minor League Baseball™ venue, Modern Woodmen Park is home to the Quad Cities River Bandits, a Class A affiliate of the Houston Astros.

Black Hawk State Historic Site is a wooded, steeply rolling 208-acre tract bordering the Rock River in Rock Island County. Prehistoric Indians and 19th-century settlers made their homes here, but the area is most closely identified with the Sauk nation and the warrior leader whose name it bears, Black Hawk.
